Overview
Create and track support requests from Support (/dashboard/[orgId]/support). Requires an ACTIVE subscription.
Prerequisites
- Organization
subscriptionStatus === 'ACTIVE'(not TRIAL or FROZEN). - Permission to create tickets (org admin or project member for project-scoped issues).
Steps — create a ticket
- Open Support in the org sidebar (or
/dashboard/[orgId]/support?projectId=[id]from a project). - Click New ticket or Create ticket.
- Enter Subject (max 120 characters) and Description (max 2000 characters).
- Set Priority (use the in-form guide).
- Optionally attach files and link a Project.
- Submit. Note the ticket number (
FS-XXXXXXXX).
Steps — follow up
- Open the ticket from the list to view thread and timeline.
- Add replies until status is Resolved.
- Reopen if the issue recurs.
