Team management is all about bringing the right people together to work on your project. It's like assembling a crew for a ship - you need different people with different skills, and you need to make sure everyone knows their role.

Inviting Team Members

Adding team members is simple - just send them an email invitation. It's like sending out party invitations, but for your project. You can invite developers, designers, content creators, or anyone else who needs to work on your project.

When you invite someone, you'll assign them a role that determines what they can see and do. This is like giving someone a key to your house - you want to give them access to the rooms they need, but not necessarily to everything.

Understanding Roles and Permissions

FlexSite offers different roles to match different needs. Administrators have full access to everything, developers can work on the code and environments, and viewers can see what's happening but can't make changes.

Managing Access and Collaboration

As your project evolves, you might need to adjust who has access to what. Maybe someone needs more permissions to help with a specific task, or maybe someone's role has changed and they need different access levels.

  1. Access the team page by navigating to Project > Team in the sidebar
  2. View current members and their assigned roles
  3. Invite new members by clicking 'Invite Member' and entering their email
  4. Assign appropriate roles to new team members
  5. Remove members who no longer need access to the project
