Managing Your Organizations
Organizations in FlexSite are like containers that hold all your related projects, team members, and billing information. Think of them as separate workspaces for different clients, companies, or teams you work with.
What Organizations Do for You
Each organization acts as its own ecosystem. It has its own projects, team members, billing, and settings. This is perfect if you work with multiple clients or if you want to keep different types of projects separate.
For example, you might have one organization for your personal projects, another for client work, and a third for a side business. Each one operates independently, so there's no confusion or overlap.
Organization Features
Within each organization, you can manage multiple projects, invite team members, handle billing and credits, and share resources. It's like having multiple mini-platforms, each tailored to a specific purpose.
The organization structure is flexible - you can belong to multiple organizations, and each one can have different administrators and members. Projects are always scoped to a specific organization, so you know exactly where everything belongs.
Billing and Credits
Billing is handled at the organization level, which makes it easy to track costs and allocate resources. You can see exactly how many credits each organization is using and manage billing separately for each one.
Team Collaboration
Each organization has its own team management. You can invite different people to different organizations, assign different roles, and control access levels independently. This is great for maintaining security and keeping teams organized.
- Switch organizations using the dropdown in the top navigation
- View organization projects - all projects in the current organization appear on your dashboard
- Manage team members by navigating to Organization > Members
- Check billing by going to Organization > Billing
