Overview

Flexy AI is FlexSite's in-dashboard assistant for Drupal hosting, deployments, advisories, and platform navigation.

How to access

  1. Open any dashboard page while signed in.
  2. Click the Flexy / assistant icon in the top bar or floating panel.
  3. Ask questions about your org, project, or environment (status, advisories, next steps).

Example prompts

  • "Why is my staging environment in error?"
  • "How do I add a custom domain?"
  • "Explain this configuration advisory about Redis."

Limits

  • Flexy reads platform metadata and help content; it does not replace Support for billing disputes or outages.
  • Support tickets still require an ACTIVE plan.
  • Sensitive actions (delete project, payment) must be done manually in the UI.

Flexy is available on All tiers where the assistant icon is shown.
