Onboarding and First Organization

Overview

New FlexSite accounts complete profile setup, create or join an organization, and optionally launch a first Atom site.

Steps — first sign-in

  1. Sign up or sign in at /signin.
  2. Complete profile fields on /dashboard/profile if prompted.
  3. If you have no organization, create one from the onboarding flow or organization selector (Create Organization).

Steps — first organization

  1. After creating an org, you land on Projects (/dashboard/[orgId]).
  2. New accounts often start on TRIAL with a credit allowance (see Billing).
  3. Invite teammates via Members when ready.

Steps — first project

  1. From Projects, click New Project or use the Atom shortcut to /dashboard/[orgId]/atom-create.
  2. Choose Atom for the fastest path, or FlexProject Hosting for Codeless or FlexLab.
  3. Finish the wizard; provisioning begins automatically.

After onboarding

  • Open Billing to understand credits and upgrade options.
  • Connect Digital Assets before building media-heavy Codeless sites.
  • Upgrade to ACTIVE before adding custom domains or opening Support tickets.
