Launch and Provisioning

Overview

Launch and provisioning covers the period after you create a Codeless project until the first environment is ready and reachable.

What happens

  1. FlexSite provisions infrastructure (compute, database, cache).
  2. The selected site template (Starter, Byte, Haven, or marketplace pack) is installed.
  3. Default theme and modules are applied.
  4. A default environment URL is assigned.

Steps — monitor provisioning

  1. After Create Project, open Overview at /dashboard/[orgId]/project/[id].
  2. Watch the environment card status (provisioning → ready).
  3. When ready, use Quick Login on Overview to open Drupal admin.
  4. Open Environments to see hostname and branch details.

If provisioning stalls

  1. Check Billing for credit or plan limits (TRIAL, FROZEN).
  2. Review Site Alerts and Configuration Advisories on the environment Overview.
  3. Open Support (/dashboard/[orgId]/support) if on an ACTIVE plan.

Credits

Environment creation typically costs credits (default resources included). See Build Settings and Billing → Usage for allocation.
