Overview
Atom sites use the same organization Billing and credits as Codeless and FlexLab. There is no separate Atom invoice — creation and refinements draw from your org pool on Billing.
Key concepts
- Credits — FlexSite’s usage currency; see Credit System Overview.
- Creation cost — one-time deduction when Atom provisioning starts (amount shown on Billing or in the create flow).
- TRIAL — small pool; one or two Atom sites may use most evaluation credits.
- ACTIVE — paid plan; unlocks custom Domains, continued refinements, and Support.
Creation cost
- Creating an Atom site deducts a fixed credit amount at provision time. Check Billing before Create Atom Site on TRIAL.
- Failed provisioning may refund per platform policy — look for adjustment rows on Usage.
Steps — monitor Atom spend
- Open Billing.
- Note credits remaining on the main widget after each Atom create.
- Open Usage and filter for Atom or project-creation line items.
- Compare spend to your launch timeline — upgrade before TRIAL hits zero if you need custom domains.
Plan interaction
- TRIAL — fine for demos; plan Upgrade before marketing launch.
- ACTIVE — refinements, domains, and Support follow normal plan rules.
- FROZEN — blocks new Atom creates and refinements until payment is fixed on Billing.
Atom shares org billing with all projects; upgrading the org helps every site in the account, not only Atom.
